Step 2. We will get in touch with you within 48hours to arrange a call and in person visit
Step 3. On the call we will give you more information on us and what we do and also ask a series of questions about your business, revenue, team and current processes
Step 4. After the call you will be issued with an initial audit report and this is where you decide if you'd like to go forward with us
Step 5. This is where we get stuck in; We come into your venue for a period of 3-5 days and identify key areas for improvement. Issuing you with a full report outlining actionable improvements.
This is where we can support you with this using our internal systems, knowledge and team of leisure professionals or you can conquer it alone!
The initial audit is a 20-minute free-no obligation call!
After you decide whether the go forward we take 50% of the payment and then 50% at the end of our review visit.
